Mother, Grandmother and Lover of Jesus. I started this site first as a blog, a way to share with others my journey with Jesus. He has grown and multiplied it, and I look forward to seeing what He does. I hope you come along this journey with me, and discover the journey that He has for you!

Hi! I’m Melissa…an average ordinary woman in my late 40’s with lots of ups and downs in my history. Jesus, the Lover of my Soul, has brought me back to Him after years of wandering in sin. I have belonged to Him for many years, but I sure didn’t act like it. I was bound by sin, my own and that of others that I gave in to, for many years. Jesus set me free, and my heart’s desire is to point others to Him. He can answer all your questions…can meet all your needs…can heal your pain. He can set you free from your fears, your doubts, your addictions. He absolutely can. Nothing is too big for Him, too dirty for Him, too far gone for Him. If He can bring me back, He can bring anyone back.
If you’ve never met Jesus, let me be the first to introduce you. He is the Son of God. He willingly gave up His position at God’s right hand to come to earth as a baby, to grow and walk and learn and experience everything we humans do. Why? So He can bring us back to God. See, we are all sinners, no matter how good we are. Every single human on earth falls far short of the Perfect God. And the price of our sin, the verdict, the sentence, is death. Death that means an eternity separated from God, in misery and pain. But Jesus didn’t want that. He volunteered to provide a way back to God. The problem of sin still had to be dealt with, and He volunteered to take it all (every single sin from all time) on Himself and take the punishment for it. He gave His life on a Roman cross and was laid in a borrowed tomb. But…on the third day after His death, He rose again from the dead and walked among us again for 40 days. At the end of the 40 days, he rose up into Heaven to sit again at the right hand of His Father, Almighty God. He has made a way for us. All you have to do is 1) believe you are a sinner separated from a Perfect God; 2) believe that Jesus is the Son of God who came to pay the price for your sin; 3) ask Him to forgive you of your sins; 4) accept His gift of forgiveness and eternal life; 5) commit to Him, to live your life for Him; 6) grow and learn. That’s it.
